The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

Please note the property will undergo a scheduled power outage due to facility inspections and all electric facilities including WiFi, air conditioning, phones, and lifts will be out of service on the following dates/times: Tuesday, 13 June 2023, 11:00-13:30.

Very Good
Great location with metro and JR. Convenience stores nearby. Great for longer stays without the inconvenience of someone entering your room every day.
Found my room with some dust and floor was not properly cleaned under desk or corners. Nothing major but more attention to detail should be added during cleaning.

Practical and nice, location could be better
Very nice and helpful stuff. The room is organized well and the bed is comfortable.
The location is not at Shinjuku as the hotel name suggests. The cleaning is limited (changing towels and discarding trash only), except one time during our stay (which was 9 nights) that we had a full cleaning.
